Getting started

RemiPay is a cross-border remittance platform. You send money in IDR, we convert at the mid-market rate, and the recipient gets paid out in their local currency through bank, e-wallet, or cash pickup partners.
Sign up takes a few minutes. Provide your email and phone, complete KYC with a government ID and selfie, and you can start sending immediately for most corridors.
No. RemiPay supports both personal and business accounts. Personal accounts are great for sending money to family abroad, while business accounts unlock mass payouts and API access.

Fees & FX

Personal transfers cost a flat Rp 12,500 per transaction with mid-market FX. Business plans start at 0.6% + Rp 8,000 per payout, with volume-based discounts.
No. We pass through the mid-market rate from our liquidity partners. The fee is shown upfront and that's the only cost.
No setup or monthly fees on personal and business plans. Enterprise customers may negotiate custom commercial terms.

Speed & delivery

Most corridors deliver in 1–10 minutes. Settlement may take longer outside destination banking hours or for less common corridors.
Yes. Every transfer has a real-time status — initiated, screened, in flight, settled. You'll receive notifications and can also track via the dashboard or API webhook.
Failed transfers are auto-refunded to your RemiPay balance within 1 business day. Common causes are incorrect bank details or recipient compliance issues — we'll show the reason in your dashboard.

Security & compliance

RemiPay operates under licensed payment partners and complies with Indonesian and destination-country regulations including AML/CFT requirements.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. We follow industry best practices including PCI DSS-aligned controls and regular third-party security audits.
For larger amounts or specific corridors, we may need source-of-funds or purpose-of-transfer documentation. This is part of our compliance obligations and helps protect everyone using the platform.
